Buttermilk and walnut & apricot rusks. Macadamia and dried pear, hazelnut and dark chocolate, almond and cranberry biscotti. Cookies that don't usually make it home in one piece. All baked in-house in small batches, and packaged to take with you — for the office, for a gift, for tomorrow's coffee. Even the labels have a bit of blues in them.
